Refunds/Returns

All items from Fly Designs & Angora Valley Fibers are 100% Guaranteed to be of the highest quality. In the event you have a reason to return an item, please email or call first.
Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your package.
Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Some items are not returnable, as noted below:

Patterns and Software:
Patterns are not returnable.
Software that is damaged for some reason may be returned.
Shipping will also be refunded.
Otherwise all software is non-refundable.

Custom orders:
Personalized Christmas Stockings and Socks. Due to the fact that these are individually, custom made, it is not possible
to return these for credit. Please be sure to order them correctly when submitting your request. 

Sock machine needles are non-returnable.
